Additional Information: | THIS ONE AND A HALF-STORY HOUSE FEATURES AN IRREGULARLY-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR AND A VARIETY OF ROOF FORMS, INCLUDING MULTIPLE INTERSECTING GABLES. CORNICE RETURNS APPEAR AT THE END OF THE STREET-FACING GABLE. A FULL-LENGTH, FRONT PORCH IS SUPPORTED BY TUSCAN COLUMNS. FRIEZE BOARDS, CORNER BOARDS AND A SIDE-FACING BAY WINDOW ARE OTHER ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS WHICH ARE PRESENT IN THE DESIGN. THIS DWELLING, BUILT IN C. 1890 (SEE BIB. REF. A), IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. |
