Additional Information: | THIS TWO-STORY HOUSE FEATURES AN L-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, AN ASPHALT-SHINGLED EXTERIOR AND A GABLE ROOF. A DETAILED ENTRANCE PORCH - COMPLETE WITH SPINDLES, BRACKETS AND TURNED POSTS - SHELTERS THE FRONT DOOR. PROMINENT WINDOW MOLDINGS, CORNER BOARDS AND FRIEZE BOARDS ARE OTHER ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS PRESENT IN THE DESIGN. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT IN C. 1890 (SEE BIB. REF. A), IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. LOCATED TO THE REAR OF THE HOUSE IS A SMALL BARN. IT HAS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY DESCRIBING IT, HOWEVER. |
