2014
This two-story vernacular house was built between 1894 and 1899 and converted into a duplex between 1899 and 1905.(1) It is of frame construction, sheathed in clapboard, and stands on a masonry foundation. The side gable saltbox roof is covered in asphalt shingles and features a simple frieze board. The primary (north) facade has two main entrance doorways, though the western most door is missing its decorative moulding. Both doors are modern replacements. Windows are replacement one-over-one, double-hung sash that retain their simple decorative moldings. Window placement on the facade is symmetrical. A porch support by replacement square wood columns extends the length of the south (rear) elevation. The south elevation also has two entranceways with modern replacement doors. Windows on this elevation are one-over-one replacements.
