Additional Information:Re-surveyed in 2009. Retains excellent integrity as an example of the Colonial Revival style - rectilinear form, gable roof with dormer, smooth Tuscan porch columns, and cornice dentils. No historical information was uncovered.

2018: No change aside from paint scheme.
Bibliographic References:Not depicted on the 1904 Sanborn (and area noted as vacant) but evident on the 1912 map; hence a circa 1910 date of construction was ascribed to the house.
