| Additional Information: | Re-surveyed in 2009. Retains excellent integrity as an example of the Colonial Revival style - rectilinear form, gable roof with dormer, smooth Tuscan porch columns, and cornice dentils. No historical information was uncovered. 2018: No change aside from paint scheme. |
