| Additional Information: | Previously surveyed in 1983. Brackets; roundhead windows with hood molds. Re-surveyed 2009. Italianate features include square footprint, shallow hipped roof, wide eaves, and scroll brackets. Segmental-arched, projecting lintels decorate each of the building's openings, most of which have been filled with replacement materials. A former doorway located at the second level of the facade has been filled and reduced in size to accommodate a replacement window. Exposed brick on the facade suggests the removal of a former porch. |
