Additional Information:	Re-surveyed 2009. A modest example of the front-gabled house form, the one-and-one-half story house has been altered with aluminum replacement siding, replacement windows and doors, and a modified front porch. The house lacks significant architectural features but the wide eaves at the roofline distinguish it from nearby houses. 2018: No apparent exterior changes since last surveyed.
