NOTES
Additional Information:Previously surveyed in 1983.

House appears to have originally been designed as front gable form; side wing different in scale.

Re-surveyed 2009. One-and-one-half story Ell house is a common house type in Wausau and in Wisconsin. Large eaves and projecting window surrounds embellish the otherwise vernacular building. A few original 2/2 double hung windows are present. Alterations include: replacement siding, replaced windows, and replaced doors.

2018: no apparent exterior changes since 2009.
