NOTES
Additional Information:This Swiss chalet style residence, also designed by Jacob Rieder, is an Emmentaler or meadowland chalet. It is a one and a half story structure with a low sweeping roof line. The curved bargeboard provides a partial enclosure for the balcony which spans the front facade. The interior woodwork in this home and that at the Chalet of the Golden Fleece was hand carved by Rieder and other capenters.
