Additional Information:Notches in main gable. Built at 606 Fifth Street as the Universalist Parsonage in 1889 by Benjamin S. Miller, the house was moved to its present location in 1940 when Employers Mutual (Wausau Insurance) cleared the block for its building (now City Hall).

2018: retains decorative bargeboards but covered with vinyl and new windows throughout.
