Additional Information: | A one story rectangular vernacular structure, with tongue and groove wood panel siding, gable roof facing front with boxed cornice, concrete foundation, single pane windows with rectangular transoms, central east side entrance stoop porch, closed porch added to the west side, this structure was constructed from a private railroad car with interior features which have been virtually unaltered except for the kitchen. In terior features include a sitting area panelled with golden oak with classical detailing such as oak engaged columns with Corinthian style capitals; original berths, found near front and rear of original structure, are also paneled with golden oak. |
