2020: "This one-and-one-half-story bungalow was constructed in 1929. It is rectangular in form with a rock faced concrete block foundation, wide gauge aluminum siding, and front jerkinhead roof. The north half of the asymmetrical façade is a one-story front projection with a jerkinhead roof and set of three three-over-one sash windows. The front entry is on the interior side of this projection, beneath a hipped roof porch that extends acress the south half of the façade. The porch roof is supported by a small battered column on a brick pier. On the front wall beneath the porch is a set of three three-over-one sash windows. Centered on the façade above the porch is a pair of small three-over-one sash windows within a segmental arch opening. On the south side elevation is a jerkinhead dormer."
