This is a one & 1/2-story, gable on flat roof, irregular-plan house.

Windows are fixed and casement. Picture window section is cantilevered out over foundation.

House has horizontal detail at roofline, massive interior brick chimney, clerestory windows, board and batten in gable ends, and an attached garage with flat roof and 1/1 windows.
