NOTES
Additional Information:The house was built between 1895 ans 1897 by Clarence and Sarah Crosby.

The Grant's lived here from at least 1918-1941. Garage is non-contributing. It is believed that they remodeled the kitchen and upstairs bathroom in the art deco style in 1938.

In 1968 a staircase was added to the third floor attic, which is now the 6th bedroom, by John and Barbara Kelly. They had previously (1963) added a bedroom to the back of the house as well
