NO CHANGE IN 2001 SURVEY.

2015- "The Lawrence and Nellie Nelson House was constructed in 1919. It is a two-story residence with a cube form and modest Prairie-style influences. The facade features a one-story, full-width porch with a broad hipped roof supported by large brick posts. The porch is encircled by a brick knee wall. The open areas of the porch have been enclosed by wood-framed screens. The house itself has a hipped roof and central hipped dormers with paired casement windows. Two slender brick chimney stacks rise from the rear of the building. Each of the roof slopes and dormer walls are clad in asphalt shingles. The first story of the building is clad in brick, while the second story, above a wood string course, is coated in stucco. Windows are three-over-one vinyl sashes, which are grouped in pairs on the second story of the facade. The entrance is located off-center on the west side of the facade. Also associated with the property is a one-story garage located northeast of the house."
