NOTES
Additional Information:"The two story brick commercial building has corbelling beneath its cornice, an altered storefront, stilted arch windows, and a second floor bay window (on the south facade). All windows have been boarded up after the upstairs apartment was vacated a few years ago.

This building, constructed between 1888 and 1892, has always been a retail establishment. From circa 1892-1944, Philemon A. Nagan and his family owned and operated Nagan's dry goods and clothing store. Family members worked as clerks and lived above the store at various times during the period. Olive Nagan-Mill was manager from 1921-44. In 1940, her husband Adolph R. Mill was listed as Asst. Manager of Nagan's. Campbells clothing store has occupied the site since 1965."
