Additional Information:The Zingen's had two daughters: Katherine and Barbara. He ran Daum and Zingen Construction which built this house. They lived here for four years. His office was over the garage. Chris and Denise Lindberg lived here from 1988-1985 and enclosed the area between the garage and the house. They also created a family room out of what had been two rooms. The hardwood floors on the first floor were installed by the Lynch's around 2000.
