Additional Information:THIS ONE-STORY HOUSE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A VINYL SIDED EXTERIOR, AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED GABLE ROOF. A FLAT-ROOFED ADDITION EXTENDS FROM THE REAR. A SMALL PORCH, SUPPORTED BY TURNED POSTS, SHELTERS THE FRONT ENTRANCE. THIS 1860 (SEE BIB. REF. A) RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. ALSO LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY, BEHIND THE HOUSE, IS AN ARCH-ROOFED WOODEN GARAGE. IT HAS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY FURTHER DESCRIBING IT, HOWEVER.

INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS RESIDENCE AND THE DATES OF THEIR ASSOCIATION INCLUDE JOSHUA HANSCOM IN 1860, CHRISTIAN MILLER, FROM 1866 TO 1873, JOHN IMMELL, FROM 1885 TO 1877, PETER SCHILLING, FROM 1890 TO 1915 AND KATHERINE SCHILLING IN 1925. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
