NOTES
Additional Information:Photo code #2: 74FD-32/3

1988: This two story Queen Anne house has a steeply pitched intersecting gable roof, and a square tower that projects from the southwest corner of the house. Windows are largely single light double hung sashes, and the building has a general cross-gable form. On the first floor of the front wall is a large bay. The front entrance is covered with a pedimented overhang supported by simple turned posts. The porch has a spool and spindle balustrade.

While the house's details are simple, it is unusual to see a square tower still extant. The high level of integrity of the house also adds to its significance.

2011: Since 1988, the house has been re-sheathed with vinyl and some windows have been replaced, thereby adversely affecting the structure's integrity.
