Additional Information:THIS IS TWO STORY HOUSE WITH A ONE STORY WING. IT FEATURES AN L-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, A PINK CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOODEN TRIM AND A BLUE, ASPHALT-COVERED, GABLE ROOF. LACEY VERGE BOARDS RUN ALONG THE EAVE, AND THE FRONT PORCH IS SUPPORTED BY POSTS WITH ELABORATELY DECORATED BRACKETS. THE WINDOWS HAVE DETAILED MOLDINGS IN THE SHAPE OF PEDIMENTED ARCHITRAVES. THERE IS ELABORATE USE OF WROUGHT IRON ORNAMENTATION ON THE HOUSE AND THERE IS GARDEN PARAPHERNALIA IN THE YARD. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT IN C. 1870 (SEE BIB. REF. F), IS IN GOOD CONDITION.
