NOTES
Additional Information:"Constructed of brick and Bedford stone, the simple one-story classical revival office building has a Roman Doric portico, round sash windows and flat roof. A projecting cornice with dentils divides the first floor from a small unadorned attic. Recently the upper portion of the rounded windows have been boarded up.

Drs. Garrett J. Flanagan, physician and surgeon, and Edward J. Bolinske, dentist, had their office building constructed in 1925. They shared the building until Jerome Paulson, dentist, began his practice in 1958 to the present."
