NOTES
Additional Information:Typical example of L-plan two story house with clapboard shingle siding with wraparound rectangular veranda. Side bay window intact, with some window alterations on first floor. See also ISP 26-30, 25-20, 25-26 for comparison.

2008-Since the last survey card on file, the home's wraparound porch has been largely removed, while a portion of it has been enclosed. The house no longer meets survey standards, but an update photo has been submitted.

2008- "Although retaining its clapboard sheathing and decorative peak shinglework, this two-story gabled ell has lost (since
surveyed in 1982) its wraparound porch and the southern portion of that former porch has been enclosed and a modern
window installed. Based on those alterations, the house no longer meets current survey standards."
- "Beaser Ave, 18th St to Lake Shore Dr W", WisDOT ID #9952-14-00, Prepared by Heritage Research, Ltd (Schnell) (2008).
Bibliographic References:Sanborn maps indicate that this house was either built between 1901 and 1909 or moved here during that period. The house was owned by Frank S. Dhooge.
