It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Original owner unknown. By 1924, the home was owned by Edgar and Fleeta Hutchins who were the Secretary Treasurer and General Manager of Bonita Candy Manufacturers. The house remained in the Hutchins family until 1956. Bonita Candy went out of business a few years prior to that.
