NOTES
Additional Information:This two-story Italianate house has a low-pitched hip roof with wide overhanging eaves decorated with paired brackets and a paneled frieze. The house has brick wall and a one story ell extending off of the rear of the house. Windows are largely single light sashes. There is a large segmentally arched window on the front facade, and a bay window on one side wall. The front entry porch features a flat roof, spool and spindle balustrade and frieze, square posts and decorative brackets.

It has a hip roof, bracketed eaves, and the form and massing of the early version of the style. All of these elements are well-executed on this well-preserved house.
