Robertson was the president of the Western Lime and Cement Co. and lived here at least until 1919. As of 1925, until 1928, Walter S. Lindsay lived here. From 1930 until 1963 David B. Eisendrath lived here. He was a tanner. Building was given to the Cenacle Convent in 1963.
