Additional Information:THIS ONE-STORY HOUSE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A COMBINATION STONE AND CONCRETE FOUNDATION, AN ASBESTOS-SIDED EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM, AND AN ASPHALT-COVERED GABLE ROOF. A FLAT-ROOFED EXTENSION APPEARS TO THE REAR. A SMALL, GABLED DOOR HOOD SHELTERS THE FRONT ENTRANCE. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT IN C. 1865 (SEE BIB. REF. A), IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. A WOOD GARDEN SHED IS ALSO LOCATED ON THIS PROPERTY; HOWEVER, THERE IS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY DESCRIBING THIS PARTICULAR STRUCTURE.
