NOTES
Additional Information:THIS TWO-STORY HOUSE FEATURES A STONE FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR AND INTERSECTING GABLE ROOFS. OVER THE YEARS, MANY CHANGES OCCURRED TO THIS DWELLING. AN ENCLOSED FRONT PORCH WAS ADDED IN 1950. THE WINDOWS THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING ARE ALSO A MODERN UPDATE. BY FAR THE MOST SIGNIFICANT CHANGE TO THE RESIDENCE WAS THAT IT USED TO BE NEARLY DOUBLE ITS PRESENT SIZE IN HEIGHT. ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT OWNER, THE HOUSE, WHICH WAS KNOWN HISTORICALLY AS THE DICK WILLIAMS HOME, "IS OVER 100 YEARS OLD." AS OF NOW, THE RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. ALSO LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY IS A GARAGE; HOWEVER, THERE IS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY DESCRIBING IT.
