Additional Information: | THIS ONE AND A HALF-STORY HOUSE FEATURES A CONCRETE BLOCK FOUNDATION, A COMBINATION BRICK AND ALUMINUM-SIDED EXTERIOR AND A GABLE ROOF. ACCORDING TO THE INTENSIVE SURVEY, THE EXTERIOR WALL MATERIAL IS MADE OF ASBESTOS SHINGLES ONLY. A FLAT-ROOFED, ONE-STORY EXTENSION APPEARS TO THE FRONT, AND A SHED-ROOFED EXTENSION APPEARS TO THE REAR. A CROSS-GABLED DORMER IS PRESENT IN THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AS WELL. THE RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. |
