Additional Information:BUILT INTO THE SIDE OF A HILL, THIS HOUSE STANDS ONE STORY, WITH AN EXPOSED BASEMENT AT THE REAR. THE DWELLING IS CONFIGURED INTO A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN. THE FOUNDATION IS MADE OF BOTH OF CONCRETE BLOCK AND STONE. THE EXTERIOR WALLS ARE COVERED IN CLAPBOARD SIDING, AND THE WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE SURROUNDED BY A SIMPLE WOOD TRIM. THE ENTRANCE IS AN ENCLOSED, SHED-ROOFED PORTICO APPEARING ON THE GABLE SIDE. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT IN C. 1850 (SEE BIB. REF. A, F), IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN FAIR CONDITION.

INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HOUSE AND THE DATES OF THEIR ASSOCIATION INCLUDE B. H. CAMPBELL, FROM 1858 TO 1860; JOSEPH MUNSTER FORM 1866 TO 1890; AND JOHN HOWE, FROM 1895 TO 1915. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
