This two story house is basically a foursquare design with overtones of the Prairie style, evident in the overhaning eaves and the strong horizontal emphasis of the string course and porch. The first story is veneered with brick, the second story is stucco. The residence was built in 1918 and is in good condition. [A, B]. William and Elsie McFarlane were individuals associated with this dwelling from 1921 to 1955. [A]. It was owned in 1982 by David and Roberta Kattar.
