Additional Information:THIS IS A ONE-STORY, CONTEMPORARY STYLED HOUSE. THE FACADE IS MADE OF AN UNSPECIFIED STONE, WHILE THE OTHER EXTERIOR WALLS ARE COVERED IN CLAPBOARD SIDING. THE GABLE ROOF IS INTERSECTED IN THE CENTER FRONT AT THE EAVE LINE BY A SMALL, GABLE-ROOFED PORCH. THIS PORCH SHELTERS THE SIDELIGHTED FRONT DOOR. ACCORDING TO THE INTENSIVE SURVEY REPORT, THE FOUNDATION MATERIAL IS BELIVED TO BE CONCRETE, ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT A CERTAINTY. THE RESIDENCE IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION.
