The Presbyterian Church has a clapboard exterior and a brick and stone base. Adorning both the front pediment and roof of the entrance are decorative shingles. Shingles also form a band course on the front elevation. The entrance tower has flared eaves, wooden brackets and a round arched door. Leaded Palladian windows and a water table are other elements.

1999 Survey:
Rear addition constructed in 1931. Canopy addition in 1999. Oldest congregation in Cambridge and one of the earliest Presbyterian congregations in Wisconsin (established in 1849). The first church was constructed in the 1850s and was located at this site. The current church replaced it in 1889.
