It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. This two story vernacular Tudor styled house was built by C. S. Reed in 1928. [A]. It features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a brick foundation, a stucco exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled gable roof. Eave returns distinguish the main roof as well an enclosed porch gable and an entrance bay gable. Both casement and double hung windows are visible on the facade. An addition was built in 1947 and an overhead door was placed on the garage. [B]. The residence is in good condition. Douglas and Jenny Nelson owned this house in 1986. |
