NOTES
Additional Information:This house has two stories, brick construction, a hip roof covered with clay tile, and a main entrance recessed behind a round arch. There is a sun room extending form the east wall of the house.

This house is a good example of a simple variation of the Mediterranean Revival style.

This was the home of Stephen and Zita Gavin between 1917 and 1942. Stephen Gavin was a physician. Initial research indicates that the occupants of this house are not historically significant.
