NOTES
Additional Information:This two and one-half story Queen Anne house is constructed of brick. It has a hip and gable roof with projecting gable ends that are shingled. Under the eaves is a line of modillions. Contrasting brickwork decorates the house with belt courses and brick surrounds around windows and doors. Heavy limestone lintels and sills decorate windows, as well. A veranda with round posts and a pedimented roof.

This house is architecturally significant as a good example of the Queen Anne style. The large form and massing of the building, the irregular plan, and the veranda are all elements of the style. What is particularly notable about this house is the brick construction, expertly done on this building.

This house was built by Joseph Hutter, president of the Hutter Construction Company. He lived here between 1887 and 1924.

Initial research indicates that this house is not historically significant. Further research may uncover information that makes this house significant in the future.
