NOTES
Additional Information:St. Agnes Hospital consists of several different sections built at times during the mid to late 20th century. Prior to 1992, some historic sections of the hospital were still extant. However, a field check in 1992 revealed that no historic sections are extant, or if they are, they have been entirely enclosed with new construction. A major construction effort was taking place in 1992, as well. St. Agnes Hospital is an old institution founded by the Sisters of St. Agnes. Since it has now been a growing and successful hospital throughout its history, and since it is now serving a regional area, its historic appearance has been lost.
