NOTES
Additional Information:SLIGHTLY STEPPED CORNICE W/ BRICK PANELSTRANSOMS OVER DOORS AND WINDOWS [Date Cnst:(PARAPET)]

2018 - This one-story, brick commercial vernacular building (Figure 9) was built in 1917. It originally housed the Gullickson & Sons Milk Hauling Company and later Deerfield Motor Sales Company. Today the building operates as Deerfield Community Center. The façade consists of three bays, each clearly defined by the steps in the parapet. Each bay has a large three-part storefront window with an inset brick panel above. The central bay once had an overhead door/vehicular entrance. That opening was fitted with windows sometime after 1980. An entry door is located at each end of the façade. The year 1917 is painted on the center stepped portion of the parapet.
