NOTES
Additional Information:This two-story Queen Anne house has a steeply-pitched intersecting jerkinhead gable roof. The house is covered with clapboards, decorative shingles, and applied stickwork. Gable ends are trimmed with bargeboard and decorative wood trim. Most windows are single-light sashes, some with multiple upper lights and decorative glass panels. The veranda has been enclosed.

The house has the irregular form and massing of the style, as well as an abundance of wood detail that provides the variety of wall surfaces seen on more elaborate Queen Anne houses.

This house was probably built for contractor Silas Cole, who also built a house across the street from this property at an earlier date. This house is not historically significant at this time.
