2017- "This Collegiate Gothic school was built in 1922 and designed by local architectural firm Smith, Reynolds, and Brandt. The building is two-stories tall, with a flat roof, and dark brown, brick-clad walls. Dual entrances on the northeast and northwest corners of the building are identical, with a series of layered stone pilasters with gabled caps ending just below the parapet. Modern glass double doors are located at the base of these keep-like projections, underneath a pointed-arch stone surround and bas-relief spandrels. Above the arch is a set of four vertical stone panels, each with a differently-shaped shield at the top. Windows throughout are multi-paned replacements. Earlier photos indicate that the original windows had been removed and their openings partially filled in sometime between 1971 and 1985, but this alteration has been reversed since that time. Located either alone or in groups of three, existing windows are 6-over-9 double hung, most with tabbed stone surrounds. A stone cornice surrounds the entirety of the building, just below a plain, stone-capped parapet. An addition to the west of the main building provides an accessible entrance. A single-story block, clad in brick over a high stone foundation, features a flat-roofed awning and is flanked by stacked brick pilasters. A simple, metal coping is present on the parapet, with an elevator shaft visible above."
