Additional Information: | A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History. This two-story gabled ell house has a low-pitched gable roof, clapboard siding, plain sash windows, and two porches with square columns and plain balustrades. This house is a good example of a simple variation of the gabled ell vernacular form. This was the home of C.B. Bartlett, a butcher, between 1868 and 1895. Initial research indicates that the occupants of this house are not historically significant. |
