Additional Information: | This two story Commercial Vernacular building is constructed of red bricks. The parapet is capped with rough stone coping. A simple cornice of brick corbelling sits above the second story windows. These windows include a single-light double hung sash, decorated with a jack arch. The other window is a bay with a large light flanked by two sashes. The first floor storefront has large, modern show windows, an enclosed transom, and two recessed entrances at the corner. Businesses located in this building included a saloon, an undertaker, and a jewelry store operated by Joseph Wagner. This building has some historical interest as a long time commercial building. |
