This three story Twentieth Century Commercial style building has a brick facing, a parapet decorated with stone, and large single light windows with transoms on the upper floors. The building is connected to its neighbor to thenorth by a metal sign spelling out "F.W. Woolworth Co." The sign sits over a storefront of large show windows.

This building has some architectural interest.

This building housed the Frederick Sander Furniture Store between 1880 and 1908.
