NOTES
Additional Information:This two and one half story Queen Anne house has a steeply pitched hip roof with projecting gables. The house is clad with clapboards. Most of the windows are single light double hung sashes. There are palladian windows with decoratie muntins in the gable ends. A front porch with large round columns and a plain balustrade spans the front of the house. On the porch roof is a plain balustrade with decorative square posts.

This house is architecturally significant as a good example of the Queen Anne style. While not elaborately decorated the house has the form and massing and classically derived details of the style.

This was the home of Henry and Louise Pinther between 1905 and 1919. Henry Pinther was a salesman.

Initial research indicates that this h ouse is not historically significant. Further research may uncover information that makes the house significant in the future.
