NOTES
Additional Information:This one and one-half story bungalow has a jerkinhead gable roof with a large hip-roof dormer. The wide eaves are decorated with exposed rafters. Openings are both multi-light casements and double hung sashes. On one end is a hip roofed porch with arched openings, and off of the other end wall is a sun room. The house is covered with stucco. The main entrance is an arched door with simple arched overhang.

This interpretation of the style has the bungalow's form and massing, but its details also suggest a Tudor Cottage. While unusual in its interpretation, this is a fine house that stands out in the community.
