NOTES
Additional Information:This two-story American Foursquare house has a steeply-pitched hip roof with wide, flared eaves and matching dormers. The house has clapboard siding and sash windows with single lower lights and vertically divided upper lights. The front porch has square posts and a plain balustrade. Next to the porch is a shallow square bay with windows that are identical to the main part of the house.

This house is a good example of the American Foursquare form.

This house was the home of Guy and Ethel Boyd between 1913 and 1942. Guy Boyd was a physician.

Initial research indicates that the occupants of this house are not historically significant.
