Additional Information:This two-story brick American Foursquare house has a hip roof with wide, overhanging eaves. A one-story ell at the rear of the building has been added to in order to makes a two-story house all of the way to the back wall. Windows are largely single light sashes. The front porch has a hip roof supported by large brick piers. There is a brick balustrade.

This house is a good example of the American Foursquare form.

This was the home of William and Anna Schmidt between 1924 and 1942. William Schmidt was a small businessman.
