NOTES
Additional Information:This two-story Tudor Revival house has a gable roof with two projecting parapet gable-roofed projections on each side of the building. A two-story sun room projects off of one side of the house. Windows are generally multi-light casements, many of them grouped. The main entrance is located in a small entry pavilion. A small piazza sits in front of the entrance.

This house is architecturally significant as a fine example of the Tudor Revival style. The brick construction, parapeted gable-roofed projections, and grouped casement windows are all elements of the style. This house is well-proportioned and well constructed. Although the plan is a simple rectangle, the details and the added two-story sun room give this house added distinction.

This was the home of William and Louise Gaffin between 1917 and 1940. William Gaffin was a contractor and probably was responsible for building this house.

This house is not historically significant as this time. However, further research may uncover information that makes this house significant in the future.
