2016- "Built by Fred Holscher, the original home consisted of only the right portion, probably without the porch. A major addition was consturcted around 1905, giving the house a Queen Anne style. The house remained in the Holscher family until 1976 when it was purchased by John and Barbar Obst, who have restored the house to its early twentieth century grandeur."
