2016- "Built by Ole Olson in 1902 as a carpenter shop this building stood at the back of the lot' Olson's home was at the front. In 1922 the home then owned by Homer Vick was destroyed by fire. Ole Nelson who lived next door bought the lot in 1925. In 1938 Ole Nelson's daughter Dorothy Nelson Helmke had the shop moved to its present location, finished it as a barbershop and rented it to Paul Bremer, a barber from Edwards Park. In 1947, Dorothy sold the lot to Les Larson. Hugo Indra became barber in 1956. Today the lot is owned by Dick and Mary Larson. The shop's original false front has been removed. George Patrinos has been the barber since the 1970s. At the back of the lot Midwest Glass & Mirror LLC is operated by Dick Larson."
