Additional Information:This single story Commercial Vernacular with Early Twentieth Century Commercial Style details brick building is located in the middle of the 100 block of West Third street. The main (south) facade is dominated by a raised central entry that is flanked by large plate-glass window bays. The commercial storefront is surmounted by an expanse of brick laid in a running common bond and features a raised brick panel with concrete accent points and a shaped parpaet with tile coping. The corners feature engaged corner pilasters with diamond concrete accent blocks.

This property is an example of Commercial Vernacular architecture with Early Twentieth Century Commercial Style details. The building's architectural integrity is high.

Built between 1912 and 1925, this building has been occupied continuously by Boucher Radio since before 1946.
