Additional Information:THIS BUILDING WAS ORIGINALLY A TWO-STORY BRICK-CLAD QUEEN ANNE STYLE COMMERCIAL BUILDING BUILT BETWEEN 1904 AND 1912 ACCORDING TO SANBORN MAPS. WHEN FIRST SURVEYED IN 1990 THE FACADE OF THIS BUILDING HAD BEEN LARGELY ALTERED BY MODERNIZATION BUT WAS STILL RECOGNIZABLE AS AN HISTORIC BUILDING. IN 1996, HOWEVER, THIS BUILDING AND THE ONE AT 413 S. CENTRAL AVE. WERE TOTALLY REMODELED TO FURNISH ADDITONAL SCREENING ROOMS FOR THE ADLER THEATER NEXT DOOR AT 419 S.CENTRAL AVE, AND THESES BUILDINGS HAVE SINCE LOST ALL OF THEIR HISTORIC IDENTITY.
